The UNRWA NCD Mobile Application ("the App") is developed and maintained by UNRWA to support Palestine refugees and Arabic-speaking users worldwide in managing non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as diabetes and hypertension.

• User profile information (e.g., name, gender, age group, location)
• Health-related data (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose levels, medication adherence)
• UNRWA health ID number (for registered patients)
• Device identifiers, crash logs, and usage statistics (for technical improvement)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display personalized health education content and self-monitoring tools
• To connect UNRWA-registered users to their electronic health records (eHealth)
• To improve app performance and fix technical issues
• To deliver push notifications if enabled by the user

We do not share your personal data with third parties outside of UNRWA. All collected data is securely stored and handled in compliance with UNRWA’s data protection protocols.

4. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access their stored data (if applicable)

5. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 without parental supervision.
